When Lucas Teyo fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bicha's protests and gave Lucas Teyo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of mercury club aventure booed when Bicha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Teyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Bicha's Benigno Elia got control of the ball when Flavio Jurgi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bonifacio Cutberto during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bonifacio Cutberto kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Oscar Transito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute of the match, Flavio Jurgi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benigno Elia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Baldomiro Orti hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Benigno Elia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Transito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saul Leoiar in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benigno Elia saved Bicha from getting behind. When mercury club aventure's Flavio Jurgi in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bicha's goalie prevented a goal. If Flavio Jurgi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Sazon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Elia having to interfere. Benigno Elia made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Flavio Jurgi sent off a good shot on target. Camilo Sazon struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Benigno Elia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for mercury club aventure. When mercury club aventure's Oscar Transito in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bicha's goalie prevented a goal. Flavio Jurgi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Benigno Elia made a huge save. Benigno Elia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camilo Sazon's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melchor Playo to make the kick off. Benigno Elia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Transito, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Benigno Elia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Sazon in the 53rd minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Oscar Transito notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Bicha's Benigno Elia. Benigno Elia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65thth minute of the game Camilo Sazon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bicha's Benigno Elia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Omar Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Playo in the 67th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes Bicha got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Orti. In the 78th match minute, Bicha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Orti to maneuver through the defense. After 80 minutes Bicha's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Camilo Sazon who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Camilo Sazon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Benigno Elia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 82 played minutes Bicha got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Abilio. It was beautiful to see mercury club aventure's Camilo Sazon in action when he in the 84th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 87th minute, Baldomiro Orti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 90 minutes Bicha's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Camilo Sazon who took care of the corner kick. Benigno Elia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Jurgi, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. mercury club aventure had played much better football throughout.
