Spectators: 6410 (Terracing: 5410, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After recieving a nice pass, Nightwatch's Alfredo Belmiro tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guillermo Aresti got free with Amador Loren in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Diegotxe in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomiro Bembe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Paulo Diegotxe sped through Nightwatch's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baldomiro Bembe. If Evelio Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Nightwatch's Leonardo Pierres slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amador Loren. That made the score 1-1 after 19 minutes of play. Evelio Tipi charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evelio Tipi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th match minute, Nightwatch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Tipi to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Diegotxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evelio Tipi kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Gaspar Herensuge was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Nightwatch's Guillermo Aresti got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Guillermo Aresti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nightwatch's supporters rose to their feet, but Guillermo Aresti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amador Loren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Guayquiraró FC booed when Nightwatch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Belmiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Diegotxe was the one to do the kick off. Leonardo Pierres kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Paolo Frascuelo's late challenge caught a Nightwatch's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paolo Frascuelo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Guayquiraró FC's Paolo Frascuelo got a free kick in the 62nd minute. If Leonardo Pierres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Guillermo Aresti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amador Loren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Aresti in the 83rd minute of the match. Leonardo Pierres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Loren having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Baldomiro Gomesano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guayquiraró FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nightwatch the free kick. Baldomiro Gomesano kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th match minute, Nightwatch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Oxel to maneuver through the defense.
