The corner led QBSLC's Laureano Jayvier to fire away a dangerous shot which Amador Loren despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, QBSLC's Benigno Baraquiel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amador Loren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benigno Joanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Amador Loren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nestor Urbasa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amador Loren came out and tried to block the shot, but Nestor Urbasa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Benigno Joanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Loren having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Paulo Diegotxe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Louis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Diegotxe in the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Paulo Diegotxe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Bruno Louis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nestor Urbasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Loren having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Benigno Joanes put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Amador Loren. Benigno Baraquiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benigno Joanes made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Vladimiro Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. QBSLC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Fernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amador Loren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A beautiful save bye Guayquiraró FC's goalie prevented a goal. Bruno Louis made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Paolo Frascuelo sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Guayquiraró FC booed when QBSLC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Baraquiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Diegotxe kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that QBSLC were the better team. QBSLC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
