Quetrequile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roque Opilano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Astor Fraco notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of AC MILAN's Cristobal Weather. Cristobal Weather was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eliseo Leobardo's late challenge caught a AC MILAN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Leobardo helped the player get up and apologised. Eliseo Leobardo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Victorio Figueroa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Cristobal Weather when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Victorio Figueroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victorio Figueroa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Cristobal Weather made a huge save. After a rather tough play, AC MILAN's Godofredo Muc got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 40th minute, Quetrequile's Roque Opilano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristobal Weather. Cristobal Weather yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Justino Che to make the kick off. If Roque Opilano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristobal Weather showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorio Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Victorio Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Weather having to interfere. Justino Che might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Checa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Justino Che ran back to his position shaking his head. Astor Fraco kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Cristobal Weather made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Figueroa in the 75th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Victorio Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quetrequile's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorio Figueroa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristobal Weather breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Quetrequile's zone, Laureano Hulberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Checa came out of the goal and Laureano Hulberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Elpidio Ibañez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Checa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Che in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Justino Che fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gabriel Checa, passed just outside the right post. Roque Opilano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Weather having to interfere. Roque Opilano hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
