Mauro Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Isidro Gonsalvo came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Innatalidad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Gonsalvo couldn't finish the play. In the 27th match minute, Lxs Pibxs De Liberman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Neron to maneuver through the defense. Julian Cedro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Mauro Matos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Isidro Gonsalvo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Innatalidad's supporters rose to their feet, but Isidro Gonsalvo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Matos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lxs Pibxs De Liberman's Mauro Matos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Lxs Pibxs De Liberman from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anastasio Neron was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes, Niceto Clodio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Innatalidad and the Lxs Pibxs De Liberman players grew even worse after the yellow card. Niceto Clodio kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 54thth minute of the game Julian Cedro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lxs Pibxs De Liberman's Mauro Matos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Isidro Gonsalvo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Mauro Matos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Lxs Pibxs De Liberman's zone, Julian Cedro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Matos came out of the goal and Julian Cedro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Innatalidad's goalkeeper Isaias Quintana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Salvador Sarracino. Abel Lohitzun kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Mauro Matos came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Innatalidad's Julian Cedro. But to his dismay, Julian Cedro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Isaias Quintana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasio Neron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute of the match Celso Cerilo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauro Matos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Edelmiro Quiroga fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lxs Pibxs De Liberman's protests and gave Edelmiro Quiroga a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Lxs Pibxs De Liberman got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Quiroga. Julian Cedro scored 5-1 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauro Matos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute, Celso Cerilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 92nd minute, but Isaias Quintana got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Innatalidad hanging dry this time. 94 minutes into the game, Innatalidad's Victor Bastia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauro Matos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1.
