Spectators: 7189 (Terracing: 5410, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 120) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hugo Locaio made the kick off which started today's match. After 8 played minutes Romulanos FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Otoniel. Inocencio Oinatz made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Julian Abeitia sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Rama FC's Braulio Maureo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Inocencio Oinatz. That made the score 2-0 after 10 minutes of play. Inocencio Oinatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Maureo in the 13th minute of play. Hugo Locaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Rogelio Moise tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romulanos FC's Inocencio Oinatz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Romulanos FC from getting a goal against them. Romulanos FC's Inocencio Oinatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Lugo in the 24th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rama FC's zone, Hugo Locaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Moise came out of the goal and Hugo Locaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Saul Otoniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 minutes, Generoso Claude mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rama FC and the Romulanos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Romulanos FC's Nicasio Bemabe got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 39th minute Braulio Maureo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Oinatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Braulio Maureo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Braulio Maureo made a kick off. Rogelio Moise made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saul Otoniel in the 55th minute. Serafin Lugo charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafin Lugo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Romulanos FC booed when Rama FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Lugo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicasio Bemabe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lino Aimar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th match minute, Romulanos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Locaio to maneuver through the defense. When Hugo Locaio came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Romulanos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Locaio couldn't finish the play. Julian Abeitia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Abeitia in the 87th minute of play forced Romulanos FC's goalkeeper Inocencio Oinatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rama FC's Rogelio Moise proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Rama FC from getting a goal against them. Hugo Locaio struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Rogelio Moise didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romulanos FC. Romulanos FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Rama FC had won, even though Romulanos FC had held more of the ball.
