After 23 minutes, Cosme Bazkoare mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Campbell AFC and the pingadura players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cosme Bazkoare kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Diego Ralondo fired a really elegant long shot, but Jeronimo Fertus threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Jeronimo Fertus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Espiridion in the 25th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, pingadura's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Pelayo came free, but Norberto Tadzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Campbell AFC's zone, Niceto Espiridion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeronimo Fertus came out of the goal and Niceto Espiridion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute of the match Dionisio Raphael sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Norberto Tadzio skillfully saved the ball. Norberto Tadzio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Pelayo in the 45th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niceto Espiridion to strike the kick off in the second half. Norberto Tadzio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silverio Eriz in the 52nd minute. With his leg Norberto Tadzio managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Campbell AFC's Silverio Eriz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Norberto Tadzio was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Cosme Bazkoare capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cosme Bazkoare really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. After 69 minutes of play Campbell AFC's Cosme Bazkoare was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 69 played minutes Campbell AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cosme Bazkoare. Niceto Espiridion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Fertus having to interfere. Aaron Peruanton struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Jeronimo Fertus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for pingadura. Cipriano Favila hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Abelardo Gonsalvo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Niceto Espiridion came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the pingadura fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niceto Espiridion couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Peruanton in the 94th minute of play forced Campbell AFC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Fertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Campbell AFC's goalkeeper Jeronimo Fertus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Campbell AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
