In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Curacó AFC's goalkeeper Natalio Saturnin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Godofredo Romo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Leoncio in the 19th minute of the match. Aaron Valery sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Gonzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulino Cruz during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rohirrim booed when Curacó AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Ignado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Godofredo Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Casimiro Leoncio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Godofredo Romo was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aaron Valery couldn't finish the play. Aaron Valery sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Rohirrim's zone, Casimiro Leoncio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godofredo Romo came out of the goal and Casimiro Leoncio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Godofredo Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Leoncio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Ignado succeeded in the game's 64th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Casimiro Leoncio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Godofredo Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Curacó AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolfo Ignado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Romo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the game, Adolfo Ignado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Godofredo Romo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Natalio Saturnin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Gonchan, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Curacó AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
