An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Mendez in the 3rd minute of play forced La Calabria's goalkeeper Cesar Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Pepillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the match, El Gato Lopez FC's Damaso Feliz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cesar Shepherd narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Damaso Feliz put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cesar Shepherd. Cecilio Frans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Frans in the 22nd minute of play forced El Gato Lopez FC's goalkeeper Romulo Bertol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th match minute, El Gato Lopez FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Neron to maneuver through the defense. If Damaso Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Shepherd came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by El Gato Lopez FC's Melchor Pepillo. But to his dismay, Melchor Pepillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 35 minutes of play, El Gato Lopez FC's Delmiro Mendez made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cesar Shepherd was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cecilio Frans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Bertol having to interfere. After a rather tough play, El Gato Lopez FC's Delmiro Mendez got a free kick in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damaso Feliz made a kick off. Donato Frederico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Romulo Bertol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute Cecilio Frans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Bertol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Feliz in the 77th minute of play forced La Calabria's goalkeeper Cesar Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Donato Frederico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of La Calabria booed when El Gato Lopez FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Mendez didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Calabria's Cesar Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Feliz in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of El Gato Lopez FC booed when La Calabria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilario Brion didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damaso Feliz might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cesar Shepherd. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damaso Feliz ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, El Gato Lopez FC's Alejandro Telo got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Delmiro Mendez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Frederico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Romulo Bertol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. El Gato Lopez FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
