Ambrosio Alfonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eloy Sarracino in the 33rd minute of the match. When %teams%'s Gaston Fernendo was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 2-0 just inside the left pole, 37 minutes into the game. Faustino Vitin was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Rogelio Galindo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Faustino Vitin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Faustino Vitin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gaston Fernendo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 42 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogelio Galindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
