Enrique Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Pinto in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Sanavirones's Cayetano Porfirio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Americo Guilabertus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute Leonel Pinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Quentin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Sanavirones getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Nicolas Montrelle hit a great ball. Sanavirones's Enrique Quentin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Pinto in the 25th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Goldney AFC got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Ereinotz. The audience was convinced that Eriberto Arotza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Americo Guilabertus was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Goldney AFC's zone, Cayetano Porfirio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Guilabertus came out of the goal and Cayetano Porfirio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Eriberto Arotza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Americo Guilabertus was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Eriberto Arotza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Americo Guilabertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Celipe during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Goldney AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Celipe. If Marciano Uzuri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Pinto in the 47th minute of play forced Sanavirones's goalkeeper Enrique Quentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 48 minutes, Leonel Pinto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goldney AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Pinto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eriberto Arotza made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match, Cayetano Porfirio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Americo Guilabertus was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cayetano Porfirio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Guilabertus having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Goldney AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sanavirones:s goal. When the match had been going on for 61 minutes, Sanavirones's Cesar Gaspard got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Americo Guilabertus. Sanavirones's Enrique Quentin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Pinto in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th minute Leonel Pinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Quentin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Leonel Pinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marciano Uzuri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Leonel Pinto, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 81 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Enrique Quentin was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Marciano Uzuri notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Sanavirones's Enrique Quentin. Enrique Quentin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Goldney AFC booed when Sanavirones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Montrelle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Quentin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Pinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 99 minutes into the match, Leonel Pinto notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sanavirones's Enrique Quentin. Enrique Quentin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
