Pascual Selmo might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Servando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pascual Selmo ran back to his position shaking his head. 20 minutes into the game, one of Chapaleofú FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 22 minutes, Gingins FC's Serafin Firmo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Santiago Servando. Armando Elizardo's late challenge caught a Chapaleofú FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Elizardo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chapaleofú FC booed when Gingins FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Elizardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Danilo Oalo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gingins FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chapaleofú FC the free kick. A collision led to Gingins FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Donato Umea hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Chapaleofú FC's goalkeeper Santiago Servando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltasar Lluis. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gingins FC's goalkeeper Mariano Bermudez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gingins FC's Mariano Bermudez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Bermund in the 43rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvestre Bermund in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariano Bermudez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Chapaleofú FC's Silvestre Bermund in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gingins FC's goalie prevented a goal.

Silvestre Bermund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Bermudez having to interfere. Santiago Servando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Lluis in the 63rd minute of the match. 67 minutes into the game, Baltasar Lluis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Santiago Servando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 70thth minute of the game Baltasar Lluis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chapaleofú FC's Santiago Servando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luisito Quintan's late challenge caught a Gingins FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luisito Quintan helped the player get up and apologised. Luisito Quintan hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. If Sebastian Ascencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Gingins FC's Danilo Oalo got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Gingins FC's Mariano Bermudez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Gingins FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Montes in the 87th minute of play forced Gingins FC's goalkeeper Mariano Bermudez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Ascencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvestre Bermund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariano Bermudez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
