Spectators: 7037 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Javier Bernad started the match with the kick off. Javier Bernad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Marcelo Kauldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Martin Ioritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th minute, San Lorenzo's Javier Bernad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's Silvano Rojelio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelo Kauldi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Benito Unai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Eustaquio Martxelin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 17 minutes, Ubaldo Rencio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Lorenzo and the Carrizal FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo's Ubaldo Rencio got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute of the match Isidro Bastian shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eustaquio Martxelin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Martin Ioritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvano Rojelio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Marcelo Kauldi made a huge save. Silvano Rojelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Marcelo Kauldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. San Lorenzo's Javier Bernad was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 38th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Benito Unai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Kauldi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Bernad in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Benito Unai did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Eustaquio Martxelin 56 minutes into the match. Carrizal FC's Marcelo Kauldi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Rojelio in the 60th minute of play. Silvano Rojelio took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Kauldi. Marcelo Kauldi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Marcelo Kauldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Bernad in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Benito Unai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrizal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benito Unai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Martxelin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvano Rojelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Kauldi having to interfere. San Lorenzo's Eustaquio Martxelin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Unai in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Carrizal FC's Hugo Enekoitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eustaquio Martxelin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Javier Bernad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
