Angel Veto struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Andres Loiola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LONDON F.C. Evelio Sabin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Loiola having to interfere. After a rather tough play, LONDON F.C's Eustaquio Chorche got a free kick in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Justo Sayvion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Darlington F.C 1883's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LONDON F.C the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Darlington F.C 1883 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! In the 12th minute, Flavio Mendez made a precise shot to the right of Andres Loiola. Darlington F.C 1883's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Andres Loiola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Sabin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andres Loiola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Sabin in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of LONDON F.C booed when Darlington F.C 1883 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Jerrald didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute of the match Flavio Mendez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andres Loiola skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, LONDON F.C's Maximino Lizar got control of the ball when Vladimiro Teodor tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to LONDON F.C getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Eustaquio Chorche hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Joaquin Hug dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maximino Lizar, 1-1. Evelio Sabin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute, Evelio Sabin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andres Loiola was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half LONDON F.C were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evelio Sabin made a kick off. After 57 minutes, Adan Herrera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Darlington F.C 1883 and the LONDON F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Darlington F.C 1883 getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adan Herrera in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximino Lizar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Darlington F.C 1883's Vladimiro Teodor in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LONDON F.C's goalie prevented a goal. 83 minutes into the game, Darlington F.C 1883's Vladimiro Teodor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximino Lizar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Vladimiro Teodor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Lizar having to interfere. If Jose Danel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Darlington F.C 1883 had won after a very even match.
