Erlin Håland who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Jeronimo Abreu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enzo Duarte during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Pedro Pueblo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Erlin Håland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeronimo Abreu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jeronimo Abreu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erlin Håland's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Jeronimo Abreu made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Erlin Håland sent off a good shot on target. Erlin Håland's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Jeronimo Abreu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 33rd minute, Erlin Håland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Urbano Virila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Choripan Unión Social's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vikingos FC the free kick. The supporters of Vikingos FC booed when Choripan Unión Social was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Virila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erlin Hålands short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Jeronimo Abreu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rodrigo Isadore might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeronimo Abreu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodrigo Isadore ran back to his position shaking his head. Jeronimo Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlin Håland in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Choripan Unión Social's zone, Thomás Heidemann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeronimo Abreu came out of the goal and Thomás Heidemann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeronimo Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlin Håland in the 43rd minute of play. If Gaudencio Cebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Erlin Håland got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Rodrigo Isadore struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Jeronimo Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vikingos FC. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enzo Duarte made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Isadore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeronimo Abreu. Choripan Unión Social's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodrigo Isadore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 57th play minutes Erlin Håland shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Jeronimo Abreu and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 60th minute Rodrigo Isadore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaias Chabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erlin Håland in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeronimo Abreu saved Choripan Unión Social from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erlin Håland in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeronimo Abreu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 67 played minutes Choripan Unión Social got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Virila. Vikingos FC's Nehemiah Harif was substituted for Thomás Heidemann. Urbano Virila hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, Choripan Unión Social's goal looked a bit too open when Erlin Håland came free, but Jeronimo Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Choripan Unión Social's Pedro Pueblo got a free kick in the 71st minute. Nehemiah Harif struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Jeronimo Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vikingos FC. After 73 minutes, Pedro Pueblo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Choripan Unión Social and the Vikingos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 76 minutes, Erlin Håland made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Choripan Unión Social's Jeronimo Abreu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Erlin Håland came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Vikingos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erlin Håland couldn't finish the play. The Vikingos FC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Vikingos FC's Erlin Håland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pablo Mouche during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vikingos FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
