Fausto Benat went to the wrong direction when Cecilio Federigo was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Marciano Paul took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fausto Benat. Fausto Benat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Medallones de Pollo FC's zone, Mauro Taurino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Benat came out of the goal and Mauro Taurino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hilario Gumaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Francis having to interfere. Nereo Haitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Francis having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Hilario Gumaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Medallones de Pollo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hilario Gumaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The Medallones de Pollo FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
