Spectators: 5900 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Albano Mundo kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Cayastá booed when Pagancillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Amaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Albano Mundo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Vladimiro Tulio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 12th minute, Isaac Eguen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Robustiano Ferdinand came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Cayastá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robustiano Ferdinand couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Pagancillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Mundo came free, but Vladimiro Tulio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes, Primitivo Bernaldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pagancillo FC and the Cayastá players grew even worse after the yellow card. Primitivo Bernaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Julio Bizen kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Pagancillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Mundo came free, but Vladimiro Tulio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tobias Henry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Ibañez, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Osvaldo Ibañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Osvaldo Ibañez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pagancillo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldo Ibañez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Henry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Cayastá defense, Bonifacio Goi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tobias Henry. The Cayastá fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tobias Henry should have stopped the shot. Cayastá's Tobias Henry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Ibañez in the 38th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osvaldo Ibañez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Albano Mundo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vladimiro Tulio. Albano Mundo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Goi in the 60th minute of play forced Cayastá's goalkeeper Tobias Henry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Claus charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rolando Claus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Pagancillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Claus. 65 minutes into the match, Cayastá's Enrique Sugoi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Robustiano Ferdinand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Vladimiro Tulio made a huge save. Vladimiro Tulio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Mundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobias Henry stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bonifacio Goi's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 81st match minute, Pagancillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Emenon to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 83 minutes, Albano Mundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cayastá's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Mundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albano Mundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87thth minute of the game Albano Mundo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pagancillo FC's Vladimiro Tulio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nemesio Oier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Tulio having to interfere.
