Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cesar Bastian made the kick off and thus started the match. Fidel Osoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Marco Uhin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Murphy's Ildefonso Jesco came free and shot a quick shot against goal 7 minutes in the game, fortunately Marco Uhin had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Guaberto Fresco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Claris in the 9th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesar Bastian got free with Marco Uhin in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cesar Bastian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Marco Uhin made a huge save. Rafael Bordat was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 19 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, one of Cavour AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cavour AFC. Mario Gaskon shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cavour AFC's goalkeeper Marco Uhin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Cavour AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cesar Bastian fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Benito Duarte came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Murphy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Duarte couldn't finish the play. Cesar Bastian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmelo Sanduru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Cavour AFC's zone, Ildefonso Jesco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Uhin came out of the goal and Ildefonso Jesco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ildefonso Jesco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesar Bastian got free with Marco Uhin in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Hugo Claris made the kick off in the second half. Domingos Mosen's late challenge caught a Murphy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingos Mosen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Murphy booed when Cavour AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Mosen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cavour AFC's Marco Uhin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Bastian in the 56th minute of play. In the 65th minute Ildefonso Jesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Uhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Carmelo Sanduru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Bastian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Uhin having to interfere. Marco Uhin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ildefonso Jesco went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ildefonso Jesco struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Marco Uhin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Murphy. Cesar Bastian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cavour AFC's Marco Uhin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Sanduru in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute Cesar Bastian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Uhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carmelo Sanduru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Uhin having to make a save.
