In the 80th minute, Defensa y Pinina's Jonathan Segio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Epifanio Gabon. Epifanio Gabon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Sacala Que Quema FC were furious when Mauricio Tebaldo was red carded, 84 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 84 minutes into the game, one of Sacala Que Quema FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Jonathan Segio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
