Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Saguión AFC's Angel Barbosa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zacarias Ermano in the 5thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jeremias Gil, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 8 minutes into the game, Laureano Urbasa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saguión AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capayán the free kick. Jeremias Gil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Gil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zacarias Ermano went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Nicolas Polentzi charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Polentzi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Saguión AFC's Nicolas Polentzi got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Evaristo Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Bikendi in the 26th minute of the match. Angel Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Capayán booed when Saguión AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angel Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarias Ermano's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jeremias Gil firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Capayán's goalkeeper Jeremias Gil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evaristo Nerio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Capayán getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Felix Polentzi hit a great ball. 3-2 became the score in the 58th minute when Evaristo Nerio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Delmiro Bikendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nicolas Polentzi came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Saguión AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Polentzi couldn't finish the play. 70 minutes into the match, Capayán's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Barbosa came free, but Jeremias Gil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Capayán's Victor Lartaun threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Evaristo Nerio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 75th minute, Delmiro Bikendi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Angel Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Jeremias Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 81 played minutes Capayán got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Bermund. In the 86th minute, Zacarias Ermano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 88 minutes, Angel Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saguión AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Barbosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angel Barbosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremias Gil having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, Saguión AFC's Zacarias Ermano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremias Gil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jeremias Gil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the game, David Benat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capayán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saguión AFC the free kick. David Benat hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Saguión AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
