Ismael Firmo, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Laureano Videl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Cecilio Abar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Pocitos FC's Silvio Pirmin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ladislao Barrionuevo. That made the score 1-0 after 14 minutes of play. Ruben Arias hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Bartolo Dalmu charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bartolo Dalmu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Pocitos FC's zone, Valentin Domiku stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Abar came out of the goal and Valentin Domiku tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 33 played minutes, Pocitos FC's Leandro Firme shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ladislao Barrionuevo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pocitos FC reached it. If Silvio Pirmin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raul Sandaili during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 35 played minutes Cazadores got a freekick which was hit by Raul Sandaili. Silvio Pirmin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvio Pirmin in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ladislao Barrionuevo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eliseo Sein kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Jairo Lleir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ladislao Barrionuevo made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Laureano Videl made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Pocitos FC got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Beat. In the 60th minute, Bartolo Dalmu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cecilio Abar acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Cosme Montrel. Valentin Domiku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 70 minutes, Valentin Domiku managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cazadores's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Domiku was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laureano Videl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Cecilio Abar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Prospero Oxel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Cecilio Abar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Silvio Pirmin struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Ladislao Barrionuevo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pocitos FC. Ladislao Barrionuevo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Pirmin in the 90th minute of play. Pocitos FC's Silvio Pirmin got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cazadores eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
