Rodolfo Austin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Perico having to interfere. After 16 played minutes Drogocop Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Napier. In the 18th match minute, Drogocop Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavio Osmundo to maneuver through the defense. Rodolfo Austin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 19th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 24 minutes of play, Drogocop Futbol Club's Fernando Mikelats made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tolek Skonieczny was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tolek Skonieczny came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Drogocop Futbol Club's Fernando Mikelats. But to his dismay, Fernando Mikelats quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Azul FC's Rodolfo Austin in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Drogocop Futbol Club's goalie prevented a goal. If Bartolo Oton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodolfo Austin in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Israel Perico saved Drogocop Futbol Club from getting behind. Israel Perico was a little too slow when Rodolfo Austin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 1-2. After 42 minutes, Octavio Osmundo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Drogocop Futbol Club and the Azul FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Octavio Osmundo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 48 minutes into the game, German Gaitan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Azul FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drogocop Futbol Club the free kick. After a rather tough play, Azul FC's German Gaitan got a free kick in the 48th minute.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carolo Honrio during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Drogocop Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Honrio to maneuver through the defense. Israel Perico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Austin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evelio Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Israel Perico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rodolfo Austin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Drogocop Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Oton came free, but Israel Perico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Azul FC booed when Drogocop Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Honrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Austin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Israel Perico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Drogocop Futbol Club's goalkeeper Israel Perico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Rodolfo Austin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Rodolfo Austin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Perico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Azul FC's Efrain Fidensio got a free kick in the 88th minute. When Bartolo Oton came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Azul FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Oton couldn't finish the play. In the 97th minute Bartolo Oton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Perico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 98th minute, Bartolo Oton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Israel Perico was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Azul FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
