Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Santana was the one to do the kick off. CSyD Estrella de Boedo's Maximo Txanton was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lorenzo Maura in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lorenzo Maura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes in the game, Benedicto Guzman fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Prudencio Manny having to interfere.
