In the 3rd minute Angelino Rius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Fanuco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tobias Xabat's late challenge caught a C. A. Sione's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Xabat helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Adidas F.C.'s zone, Benjamin Tauro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casimiro Caradaro came out of the goal and Benjamin Tauro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adidas F.C.'s Casimiro Caradaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Tauro in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute Benjamin Tauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Caradaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adan Walme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Casimiro Caradaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Txilar in the 25th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Adidas F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! The referee gave C. A. Sione a penalty, 28 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Agustin Cuarto, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Adidas F.C.'s Casimiro Caradaro. 1-1. Anastasio Jon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Casimiro Caradaro. Adidas F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Benjamin Tauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 40 minutes, Adan Walme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Sione and the Adidas F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Adidas F.C.'s zone, Eloy Txilar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casimiro Caradaro came out of the goal and Eloy Txilar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Eloy Txilar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casimiro Caradaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half C. A. Sione were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelino Rius was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of C. A. Sione booed when Adidas F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Mon didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eloy Txilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 58 minutes, Angelino Rius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Adidas F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelino Rius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Sione's zone, Angelino Rius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Fanuco came out of the goal and Angelino Rius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute Angelino Rius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Fanuco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jairo Fanuco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Rius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eloy Txilar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jairo Fanuco came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Adidas F.C.'s Bonifacio Balasi. But to his dismay, Bonifacio Balasi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Casimiro Caradaro didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 95th minute, which inside left pole to 2-4. C. A. Sione's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
