The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Feliciano Fidele got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santiago Emesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Luisito Gau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10thth minute of the game Feliciano Fidele who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caseros FC's Luisito Gau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Feliciano Fidele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Emesto struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Luisito Gau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciclonazo FC. Silvio Cebo's late challenge caught a Ciclonazo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvio Cebo helped the player get up and apologised. Silvio Cebo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Ezequiel Orlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norbert Arendarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Matia in the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Matia in the 42nd minute of play forced Ciclonazo FC's goalkeeper Norbert Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliciano Fidele was the one to do the kick off. Luisito Gau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliciano Fidele, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 53 played minutes Santiago Emesto rounded Caseros FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. After having played for 61 minutes, Armando Matia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caseros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Matia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, Ciclonazo FC's Feliciano Fidele ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luisito Gau. Luisito Gau yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 70th minute, Silverio Ortzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Tomas Jon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Arendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Caseros FC booed when Ciclonazo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Orlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norbert Arendarski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Abella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ezequiel Orlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the match, Caseros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Emesto came free, but Luisito Gau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisito Gau made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Feliciano Fidele sent off a good shot on target.
