When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Qiu Yan took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ulises Gamus to make any attempt to save it. In the 6th minute, Qiu Yan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Qiu Yan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulises Gamus was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qiu Yan in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulises Gamus saved Muschaca FC from getting behind. In the 12th minute Qiu Yan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Ulises Gamus successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Qiu Yan in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ulises Gamus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Ulises Gamus managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Volcán's Qiu Yan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Muschaca FC's Nestor Orlanda got a free kick in the 21st minute. The supporters of Muschaca FC booed when Volcán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulises Gamus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Qiu Yan in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ulises Gamus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qiu Yan in the 46th minute of play forced Muschaca FC's goalkeeper Ulises Gamus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The wind increased when Astor Salamon made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Constantin Ielciu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Arnaldo Ramond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulises Gamus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Qiu Yan went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ulises Gamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Salamon, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Qiu Yan took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulises Gamus. Ulises Gamus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 82 played minutes Volcán got a freekick which was hit by Amador Hartz. Qiu Yan spun around in front of the goal 85 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Muschaca FC's goal. Ulises Gamus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qiu Yan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Qiu Yan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulises Gamus. Muschaca FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Qiu Yan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Jeronimo Rami was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Muschaca FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 95th match minute, Volcán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Astor Salamon to maneuver through the defense. Volcán walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
