Aquiles Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ariel Tello having to interfere. Ariel Tello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Amato in the 27th minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isidoro Montrelle was the one to do the kick off. Ovidio Haritzeder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Trompul FC's zone, Hector Amato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ariel Tello came out of the goal and Hector Amato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquiles Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ariel Tello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustacio Azeari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Montrelle in the 74th minute of play. Froilan Dolfos's late challenge caught a Perrugorría's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Froilan Dolfos helped the player get up and apologised. Froilan Dolfos hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Benigno Iraido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Azeari having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovidio Haritzeder got free with Eustacio Azeari in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Perrugorría's Joel Incendio got a free kick in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the game, one of Perrugorría:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 91 minutes, Trompul FC's Arnulfo Gaitan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Eustacio Azeari. The audience held their breath when Leo Ramond in the 97th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Ariel Tello's left hand side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Trompul FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
