Eulalio Criston could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Zacarias Sanson made a huge save. Zacarias Sanson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Lopes in the 21st minute of the match. Eulalio Criston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Sanson having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Romulo Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Sanson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Romeo Richie made a precise shot to the right of Rogelio Ado. Samsung's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Romeo Richie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geronimo Lluis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Samsung's Eulalio Criston got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57thth minute of the game Romeo Richie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samsung's Rogelio Ado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Rogelio Ado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Samsung getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Felix Kinsen hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Mauricio Aresti fired a really elegant long shot, but Rogelio Ado threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Mariano Txomin charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariano Txomin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Samsung's Rogelio Ado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Richie in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Samsung getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Mariano Txomin hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romeo Richie in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rogelio Ado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rogelio Ado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Richie, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Geronimo Lluis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Ado having to interfere. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Romeo Richie sped through Samsung's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rogelio Ado. If Romeo Richie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Ramirez could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Samsung throughout the match.
