Spectators: 7240 (Terracing: 5432, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) Tatay FC's Faustino Mannie started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Raul Erasto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Tatay FC defense, Anier Nesto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lorenzo Oalo. The Tatay FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lorenzo Oalo should have stopped the shot. In the 14th minute Faustino Mannie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Gilabert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faustino Mannie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidro Gilabert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Raul Erasto took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lorenzo Oalo. Lorenzo Oalo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. With a little luck, Constituyentes CF's Isidro Gilabert got control of the ball when Santos Birila tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lorenzo Oalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Ipar, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Lorenzo Oalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Demario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute Raul Erasto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Oalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute of the match Angelo Garci sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lorenzo Oalo skillfully saved the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Leonides Ipar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In a very dangerous position, a player in Constituyentes CF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! Isidro Gilabert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Mannie, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After a rather tough play, Constituyentes CF's Baldomiro Vito got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 66th minute, Santos Birila ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidro Gilabert was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Constituyentes CF's Isidro Gilabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Mannie in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Anier Nesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tatay FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Leonides Ipar scored to the left of an out of position Lorenzo Oalo, making the score, 1-4. Isidro Gilabert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Birila in the 76th minute of play. Constituyentes CF's Isidro Gilabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Birila in the 78th minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Constituyentes CF's Raul Erasto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lorenzo Oalo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. After a rather tough play, Constituyentes CF's Romulo Che got a free kick in the 87th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Tatay FC's Gogo Artal tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tatay FC's Lorenzo Oalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Ipar in the 98th minute of play. Constituyentes CF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
