Gladiadores F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dwight FC the free kick. A collision led to Gladiadores F.C getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Narciso Botello hit a great ball. If Gonzalo Bordat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Chorche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Botello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Ugaitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonzalo Bordat went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 31 minutes into the match, Gladiadores F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Senon came free, but Tomas Ugaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Lorien took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Ugaitz. Tomas Ugaitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Anselmo Senon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dario Chorche made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Franco in the 47th minute. After the first half Dwight FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narciso Botello was the one to do the kick off. Dario Chorche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Enmanuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Dwight FC's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Botello came free, but Dario Chorche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Sabino hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Gonzalo Bordat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Ugaitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Dario Chorche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Aureliano Enmanuel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The supporters of Dwight FC booed when Gladiadores F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Enmanuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th match minute, Gladiadores F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Enmanuel to maneuver through the defense. Rolando Horado hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Gonzalo Bordat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Ugaitz having to interfere. In the 90th minute Gonzalo Bordat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Ugaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Argi's late challenge caught a Dwight FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dario Argi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Gladiadores F.C getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Dario Argi hit a great ball. Dwight FC played a much better game than Gladiadores F.C and deserved their victory. The Gladiadores F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
