Nicolas Bittor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vinicio Oier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Vinicio Oier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaime Frechoso went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ferro Carapachay Oeste's Nicolas Bittor got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 16 played minutes, Ferro Carapachay Oeste's Ramon Jokin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vinicio Oier came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ferro Carapachay Oeste reached it. Baltafranbau's Vinicio Oier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Bittor in the 17th minute of play. Vladimiro Lucian hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Vinicio Oier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Bittor, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Vladimiro Lucian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Acuña having to make a save. Justino Arnau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Justino Arnau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ferro Carapachay Oeste's Jaime Frechoso in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Baltafranbau's goalie prevented a goal. Fabio Acuña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Lucian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimiro Lucian hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Justino Arnau made the kick off in the second half. Jaime Frechoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Justino Arnau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Fabio Acuña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Jaime Frechoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferro Carapachay Oeste's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Frechoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinicio Oier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabio Acuña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Arnau in the 74th minute of the match. Justino Arnau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Fabio Acuña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimiro Lucian charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimiro Lucian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 79 played minutes Baltafranbau got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Lucian. Gaudencio Millano was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Nicolas Bittor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Oier having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Jaime Frechoso kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vinicio Oier. That made the score 0-2 in the 89 minute of play. After 96 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Baltafranbau! Ferro Carapachay Oeste played a much better game than Baltafranbau and deserved their victory. The Baltafranbau players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
