The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Severiano Sesuldo was the one to do the kick off. But to his dismay, Mariano Loreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Hernan Hegoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Precioso in the 57th minute of play. Hernan Hegoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Arnalt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Mariano Loreto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hernan Hegoi. Glorioso Newell´s's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Loreto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 67thth minute of the game Luciano Arnalt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glorioso Newell´s's Hernan Hegoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Glorioso Newell´s's Hernan Hegoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Loreto in the 73rd minute of play. In the 78th match minute, Carcnaval was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Arnalt to maneuver through the defense. Hernan Hegoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luciano Arnalt's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Hernan Hegoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Loreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute of the match Anacleto Gilen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hernan Hegoi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mariano Loreto scored 4-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hernan Hegoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Abel Raymond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hernan Hegoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Arnalt, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Carcnaval players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
