Maximiliano Argina kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Fernando Donio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Francisco Lastur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tamberías's Artemio Ferdinand got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernando Donio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Lastur having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidio Vistruario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Tamberías's Leon Fero got control of the ball when Joel Ramos tried to sneak it across the goal line.
