Cosme Cambranes came out of the goal and Eleuterio Arce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Moreno FC's Rigoberto Veremundo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eleuterio Arce's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosme Cambranes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Marco Gentza struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Marcial Munio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golondrinas Fc. 65 minutes into the game, Federico Vimaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golondrinas Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moreno FC the free kick. Marcial Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Napier in the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 92 minutes, Fulgencio Jerrald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golondrinas Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulgencio Jerrald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Golondrinas Fc players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
