Jairo Arce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Vilberg having to interfere. Moises Jerico hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Ermegildo Cordarryl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but David Suarez made a huge save. A collision led to Magical Beings F.C. getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ceferino Solustiano hit a great ball. When Astra FC's Tomás Bartuelo in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomás Bartuelo was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Astra FC booed when Magical Beings F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Chan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Ermegildo Cordarryl left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Magical Beings F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. David Suarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Cordarryl in the 77th minute of the match. When Moises Jerico was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Astra FC's Moises Jerico got a free kick in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Cordarryl in the 80th minute of play forced Astra FC's goalkeeper David Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Arce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ermegildo Cordarryl might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Suarez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ermegildo Cordarryl ran back to his position shaking his head. When Elvio Bortzaioriz came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Magical Beings F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elvio Bortzaioriz couldn't finish the play. Ermegildo Cordarryl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elvio Bortzaioriz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Suarez having to make a save.
