A collision led to Acevedo getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Silvano Caetano hit a great ball. Aureliano Etxahun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laureano Phelipe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Etxahun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 played minutes Acevedo got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Olentzaro. After a rather tough play, Acevedo's Ildefonso Olentzaro got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute of the match Cornelio Eyague sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laureano Phelipe skillfully saved the ball. 18 minutes into the game, one of Acevedo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, Manantiales's Cornelio Eyague got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Laureano Phelipe. Cipriano Tancredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Silvano Caetano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 played minutes Manantiales got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Florian. Cipriano Tancredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Laureano Phelipe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Tancredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivan Firmin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Laureano Phelipe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Oskitz in the 54th minute of play. When Lucio Lapurdi fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manantiales's protests and gave Lucio Lapurdi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Lucio Lapurdi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Acevedo's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Etxahun came free, but Laureano Phelipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Jaunti charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albino Jaunti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes Manantiales got a freekick which was hit by Albino Jaunti. Albino Jaunti kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After 75 played minutes Acevedo got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Olentzaro. Silvano Caetano hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Laureano Phelipe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Etxahun in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Acevedo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cornelio Eyague was slow to take the kick. During this time Manantiales's players had a chance to rest. In the 92ndth minute of the game Aureliano Etxahun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Acevedo's Laureano Phelipe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aureliano Etxahun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Manantiales players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
