Godfredo Frechoso came out of the goal and Agustin Dalmu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodolfo Marz succeeded in the game's 30th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. If Rodolfo Marz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Sébila defense, Constantino Amaya kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Gaxan. The Sébila fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Gaxan should have stopped the shot. If Agustin Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godfredo Frechoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Dalmu in the 46th minute of the match. Constantino Amaya struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Daniel Gaxan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciénega.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agustin Dalmu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Esteve Ixaka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Ciénega's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Pabla came free, but Godfredo Frechoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Sébila getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Gavino Pedroso hit a great ball. Daniel Gaxan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Constantino Amaya's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Gaxan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Constantino Amaya had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Gaxan. Sébila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantino Amaya was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Casimiro Sindo in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Daniel Gaxan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodolfo Marz got free with Daniel Gaxan in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Constantino Amaya's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Gaxan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. With his leg Daniel Gaxan managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Ciénega's Rodolfo Marz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agustin Dalmu in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godfredo Frechoso saved Ciénega from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Sébila's Gavino Pedroso got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ciénega eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
