The supporters of Potrerillos FC booed when Espíritus Chocarreros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubaldo Flores didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zacarias Jurdan in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benicio Montrelle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Zacarias Jurdan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benicio Montrelle was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Simon Figueroa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benicio Montrelle was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Zacarias Jurdan came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Espíritus Chocarreros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zacarias Jurdan couldn't finish the play. Potrerillos FC's Benicio Montrelle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Figueroa in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute of the match, Simon Figueroa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benicio Montrelle saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Benicio Montrelle made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Zacarias Jurdan sent off a good shot on target. Ubaldo Flores charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ubaldo Flores the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd minute, Julian Caetano sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Espíritus Chocarreros's Jose Iago didn't even have to move.
