Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hermengildo Laurgain got the match started through his kick off. Rancul's Hipolito Alfonso got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Potrerillos FC's zone, Hermengildo Laurgain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benicio Montrelle came out of the goal and Hermengildo Laurgain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Potrerillos FC's Alejo Baudelio got a free kick in the 10th minute. Hipolito Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 21st minute, Hermengildo Laurgain reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benicio Montrelle. The goal made the score 1-0. Hermengildo Laurgain who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Benicio Montrelle when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hipolito Alfonso got free with Benicio Montrelle in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th match minute, Potrerillos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Baudelio to maneuver through the defense. Hipolito Alfonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Benicio Montrelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hermengildo Laurgain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th match minute, Potrerillos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Baudelio to maneuver through the defense. After 43 minutes of play, Rancul's Hipolito Alfonso made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benicio Montrelle was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 48th minute of the match, Hermengildo Laurgain tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benicio Montrelle saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After 53 minutes, Hermengildo Laurgain made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Potrerillos FC's Benicio Montrelle tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th match minute, Potrerillos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Erruki to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Arnoldo Inautzi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Potrerillos FC's Benicio Montrelle didn't even have to move. Benicio Montrelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Laurgain in the 59th minute of the match. Hermengildo Laurgain took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benicio Montrelle. Benicio Montrelle dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Benicio Montrelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Alfonso in the 66th minute of the match. Rancul's Hipolito Alfonso got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hermengildo Laurgain's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benicio Montrelle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Benicio Montrelle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Laurgain, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Hermengildo Laurgain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hipolito Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Rancul's Cristian Arnau got a free kick in the 95th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rancul had played much better football throughout.
