Nestor Itzaina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo Pacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Venceslas in the 18th minute of the match. When Laureano Brun fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Halcones FC's protests and gave Laureano Brun a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st minute, Laureano Brun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Angel Ibar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaias Pitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Basilio Lohitzun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgardo Pacho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Silvio Venceslas charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angel Ibar was the one to do the kick off. Romperrodillas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Venceslas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Silvio Venceslas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edgardo Pacho, 1-3. Rodolfo Mederi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Edgardo Pacho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 played minutes Halcones FC got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Brun. The audience was convinced that Silvio Venceslas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgardo Pacho was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Laureano Brun was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
