Rosendo Gamus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Justino Dunixi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Shantala, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Todo Rojo FC were furious when Clemente Cilio was red carded, 16 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 15 minutes into the game, one of Todo Rojo FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 18th minute there was a penalty for Talleres. Amador Pagomari stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Justino Dunixi. 1-1. Tobias Jaizki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justino Dunixi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Romeo Maldonado charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Maldonado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 played minutes Todo Rojo FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Maldonado. If Braulio Shantala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Julian Mogel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Tobias Jaizki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Rosendo Gamus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the match, Todo Rojo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Shantala came free, but Justino Dunixi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Talleres's Amador Pagomari was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Justino Dunixi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 52 minutes Todo Rojo FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amador Pagomari who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Braulio Shantala managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Tobias Jaizki made the kick off in the second half. An unexpected shot in the 58th minute by Braulio Shantala got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Tobias Jaizki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Mogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Libertad having to interfere. If Braulio Shantala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute of the match, Tobias Jaizki tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Justino Dunixi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 70th minute, one of Todo Rojo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Todo Rojo FC. In the 71st minute there was a penalty for Talleres. Amador Pagomari stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Justino Dunixi. 1-2. Justino Dunixi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Jaizki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Braulio Shantala got free with Justino Dunixi in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Mogel in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nestor Libertad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 82 minutes into the match, Talleres's Braulio Shantala sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Justino Dunixi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Todo Rojo FC's goalkeeper Justino Dunixi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Braulio Shantala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braulio Shantala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Braulio Shantala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 95 played minutes Todo Rojo FC got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Osmundo. Justino Dunixi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Amador Pagomari. After 98 minutes of play, Todo Rojo FC's Julian Mogel made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nestor Libertad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elpidio Iturri's late challenge caught a Talleres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elpidio Iturri helped the player get up and apologised. After 103 played minutes Todo Rojo FC got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Iturri. The Talleres players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Todo Rojo FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
