Spectators: 7191 (Terracing: 5395, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Samuel Viviano started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Samuel Viviano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Iturri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Elequemedo in the 8th minute of play forced Timberwolves's goalkeeper Alejo Mendebal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 13 minutes, Cristian Oskitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argerich AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Oskitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samuel Viviano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romulo Elequemedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alejo Mendebal having to make a save. The supporters of Argerich AFC booed when Timberwolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Vincent didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Argerich AFC's Cristian Oskitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alejo Mendebal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Timberwolves's Evaristo Llorenc got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Argerich AFC's Rigoberto Aballe couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Timberwolves. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Samuel Viviano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timberwolves's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Viviano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florencio Iturri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alejo Mendebal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Elequemedo in the 42nd minute of play. Samuel Viviano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Florencio Iturri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Timberwolves players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Argerich AFC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romulo Elequemedo to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Samuel Viviano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florencio Iturri. Argerich AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Viviano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The supporters of Timberwolves booed when Argerich AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaudencio Roano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Valiente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Iturri having to interfere. Samuel Viviano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Florencio Iturri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Argerich AFC's Gaudencio Roano got a free kick in the 71st minute. Horacio Herena, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Cristian Oskitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Oskitz struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Alejo Mendebal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argerich AFC. In the 78th minute, Timberwolves's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cristian Oskitz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 83 minutes into the match, Timberwolves's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Roano came free, but Alejo Mendebal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute Samuel Viviano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florencio Iturri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cristian Oskitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florencio Iturri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Valiente, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Argerich AFC's goalkeeper Florencio Iturri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
