Aldo Vistruario didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 4 played minutes Angostura got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Lia. If Bartolo Perfecto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Sol was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Marcelino Pudes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcelino Pudes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Aldo Vistruario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Dante Sol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelino Pudes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saturnino Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Sol was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marcelino Pudes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. If Aldo Vistruario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Pudes in the 32nd minute of play forced Jardón's goalkeeper Dante Sol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Jardón's Dante Sol got control of the ball when Aldo Vistruario tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roque Eladio kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Carmelo Manny kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bartolo Perfecto to make the kick off. Saturnino Tajo might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filomeno Cortez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saturnino Tajo ran back to his position shaking his head. Jardón's Bartolo Perfecto got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 61 played minutes Jardón got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Azubeli. 65 minutes into the game, Angostura's Aldo Vistruario nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Sol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Bartolo Perfecto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filomeno Cortez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Bartolo Perfecto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filomeno Cortez. Bartolo Perfecto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niceto Lia during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Niceto Lia kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Aquilino Azubeli's shot from long distance in the 79th minute was not bad at all, but Angostura's Filomeno Cortez knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. When Niceto Lia was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. Filomeno Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Perfecto in the 85th minute of the match. Saturnino Tajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Filomeno Cortez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 89 minutes, Saturnino Tajo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jardón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Tajo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jardón players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Angostura.
