Jaime Errando helped the player get up and apologised. After 11 played minutes Lalas United got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Errando. If Osvaldo Matthew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saturnino Teodor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Emilio Aztore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lalas United's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Osvaldo Matthew 22 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Romero FC's Juan Piorno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Kelemen in the 25th minute of play. When Lalas United's Ignacio Kelemen in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ignacio Kelemen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Lalas United's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Matthew came free, but Emilio Aztore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Guillermo Mitxaut ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emilio Aztore was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Jaime Errando got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 75 played minutes Lalas United got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Errando. After 78 minutes, Serafino Modestio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lalas United and the Romero FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Romero FC booed when Lalas United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Modestio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Osvaldo Matthew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Romero FC's Juan Piorno got control of the ball when Guaberto Crescencio tried to sneak it across the goal line. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 90th minute, but Juan Piorno got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Romero FC hanging dry this time. Lalas United's Guaberto Crescencio got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 99th minute Saturnino Teodor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Aztore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romero FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
