Spectators: 7179 (Terracing: 5386, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 142) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Remigio Lorencio took the kick off in the first half of the match. David Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Oriol in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Benedicto Hermon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Mauro Oriol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Marques was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Faustino Bela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Oriol in the 11th minute of play. Mauro Oriol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Marques having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Isaias Aimar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Feuergeist FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Aimar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eleuterio Jakobe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Bela in the 24th minute of play. David Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Bela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29thth minute of the game Faustino Bela who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Feuergeist FC's David Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th minute, Mauro Oriol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Mauro Oriol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Feuergeist FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chino Argentino were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Faustino Bela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Lorencio in the 60th minute of play forced Chino Argentino's goalkeeper Eleuterio Jakobe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleuterio Jakobe came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Feuergeist FC's Isaias Aimar. But to his dismay, Isaias Aimar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 68th match minute, Chino Argentino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Mundo to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes Chino Argentino got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Bela. Eleuterio Jakobe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Lorencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Faustino Bela received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Marques came out and tried to block the shot, but Faustino Bela slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 76th minute. Mauro Oriol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Isaias Aimar fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Feuergeist FC's protests and gave Isaias Aimar a yellow card for diving instead. Isaias Aimar hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Faustino Bela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Narciso Illart's late challenge caught a Feuergeist FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Narciso Illart helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, Narciso Illart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Chino Argentino supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chino Argentino would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
