When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Damaso Goren sped through Berutti FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abel Arotza. In the 10th minute, Damaso Goren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palominos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Efrain Hustaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingo Salbatore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armağan Nurtac having to interfere. Palominos's Armağan Nurtac proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Palominos from getting a goal against them. Aldo Henry charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aldo Henry the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Palominos getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Aldo Henry hit a great ball. Efrain Hustaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Arotza having to make a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Godofredo Veto put in a rough tackle. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Berutti FC! Domingo Salbatore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Efrain Hustaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Abel Arotza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damaso Goren was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Lino Rosalio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palominos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lino Rosalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Efrain Hustaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Arotza having to interfere. Damaso Goren might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abel Arotza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damaso Goren ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 60th play minute Efrain Hustaz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Abel Arotza. 0-4. Damaso Goren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armağan Nurtac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Salbatore in the 72nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damaso Goren in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Arotza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abel Arotza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Efrain Hustaz in the 81st minute. Abel Arotza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Goren in the 83rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Berutti FC's Mauricio Olando got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Damaso Goren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palominos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Goren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Berutti FC's Abel Arotza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Berutti FC from getting a goal against them. Abel Arotza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Efrain Hustaz in the 91st minute. A long shot from Elias Horado in the 94th minute of play was well struck, but Abel Arotza made a really good save at the right post. The Berutti FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Palominos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
