Spectators: 6665 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edgard Vergaray took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, UnionTate's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Gombal came free, but Victorio Fidencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as UnionTate's Carlos Ospetsu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adolfo Hibai. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. The supporters of UnionTate booed when LOS BOMBOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Harri didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Carlos Ospetsu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Hibai was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. 25 minutes into the match, UnionTate's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Gombal came free, but Victorio Fidencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of LOS BOMBOS booed when UnionTate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Sanchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorio Fidencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Gombal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Hibai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Vergaray in the 32nd minute of play. Teobaldo Gombal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. LOS BOMBOS's Adolfo Hibai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Vergaray in the 39th minute of play. If Carlos Ospetsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Hibai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Ospetsu in the 43rd minute. When UnionTate's Edgard Vergaray, in the 48th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for UnionTate. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teobaldo Gombal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carlos Ospetsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgard Vergaray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Hibai having to interfere. UnionTate's Carlos Ospetsu got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victorio Fidencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Gombal in the 71st minute of play. Carlos Ospetsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Hibai having to interfere. If Carlos Ospetsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 77 played minutes, UnionTate's Honorato Bordat shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adolfo Hibai came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UnionTate reached it. In the 81st minute Edgard Vergaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Hibai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LOS BOMBOS's Adolfo Hibai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Ospetsu in the 83rd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Filiberto Gutxi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adolfo Hibai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Ospetsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Carlos Ospetsu came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the UnionTate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Ospetsu couldn't finish the play. Edgard Vergaray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, LOS BOMBOS's Blas Lluc got a free kick in the 91st minute. Teobaldo Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the LOS BOMBOS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for UnionTate.
