The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Ondino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palominos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Freddd the free kick. Denis Roldanillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natalio Ursino kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Everardo Palban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Freddd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palominos the free kick. The supporters of Palominos booed when Freddd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Palban didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Ondino in the 8th minute of play forced Freddd's goalkeeper Javier Tabby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Hustaz in the 14th minute of play forced Freddd's goalkeeper Javier Tabby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Denis Roldanillo came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Freddd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Roldanillo couldn't finish the play. Armağan Nurtac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Roldanillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Palominos's Tiburcio Ondino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Javier Tabby made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 33rd minute, Efrain Hustaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palominos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 36th minute Efrain Hustaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Tabby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eulalio Ekialde might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armağan Nurtac. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eulalio Ekialde ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Palominos's zone, Denis Roldanillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armağan Nurtac came out of the goal and Denis Roldanillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Efrain Hustaz to strike the kick off in the second half. Eulalio Ekialde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armağan Nurtac having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Hustaz in the 54th minute of play forced Freddd's goalkeeper Javier Tabby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Everardo Palban got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Palominos's Tiburcio Ondino got a free kick in the 59th minute. If Denis Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Roldanillo in the 64th minute of play forced Palominos's goalkeeper Armağan Nurtac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiburcio Ondino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Javier Tabby made a huge save. 67 minutes into the game, Aldo Henry was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palominos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Freddd the free kick. In the 67th minute, Aldo Henry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Roldanillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armağan Nurtac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Roldanillo in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Henry in the 89th minute of play forced Freddd's goalkeeper Javier Tabby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Denis Roldanillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Freddd's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Roldanillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armağan Nurtac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Palominos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
