Adolfo Hibai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Hustaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the game, Palominos's Efrain Hustaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adolfo Hibai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 12th minute, Leo Maura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Lino Rosalio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adolfo Hibai was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In a very dangerous position, a player in Palominos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! 24 minutes into the game, Filiberto Gutxi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LOS BOMBOS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palominos the free kick. In the 24th minute, Filiberto Gutxi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Palominos's zone, Teobaldo Gombal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armağan Nurtac came out of the goal and Teobaldo Gombal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Efrain Hustaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Hibai having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Efrain Hustaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in LOS BOMBOS's zone, Damaso Goren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Hibai came out of the goal and Damaso Goren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 37 minutes, Damaso Goren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palominos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Goren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino Rosalio during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lino Rosalio hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Armağan Nurtac didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abel Harri went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damaso Goren to strike the kick off in the second half. Aldo Henry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Hibai having to interfere. After 63 played minutes LOS BOMBOS got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Gutxi. Adolfo Hibai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Efrain Hustaz went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Adolfo Hibai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Goren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Teobaldo Gombal managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOS BOMBOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Gombal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armağan Nurtac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Efrain Hustaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Adolfo Hibai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aldo Henry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damaso Goren was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 85th minute. Palominos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Rodrigo Quin's late challenge caught a Palominos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Quin helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, LOS BOMBOS's Adolfo Hibai got control of the ball when Efrain Hustaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victorino Hernando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adolfo Hibai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over Palominos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LOS BOMBOS throughout the match.
