Spectators: 7202 (Terracing: 5403, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) 6 minutes into the match, Serafin Rivero notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Carpintería's Angel Unax. Angel Unax was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 10 minutes into the game, Juan Amaya recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ciro Elixio. Juan Amaya showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Avellaneda AFC's Ciro Elixio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Avellaneda AFC from getting a goal against them. Angel Unax showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Savier in the 15th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Juan Amaya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Gregorio Ibon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Carpintería's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Rivero came free, but Angel Unax reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elpidio Savier scored 1-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angel Unax, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Serafin Rivero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Unax having to interfere. After some careless play in the Carpintería defense, Elpidio Savier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angel Unax. The Carpintería fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angel Unax should have stopped the shot. In the 39thth minute of the game Juan Amaya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Avellaneda AFC's Ciro Elixio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Juan Amaya managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carpintería's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Amaya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Elixio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Avellaneda AFC's Ciro Elixio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Avellaneda AFC from getting a goal against them. After 44 minutes Avellaneda AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aquilino Quintan who took care of the corner kick. Carpintería's Gregorio Ibon was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ciro Elixio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Leonardo Eutor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, Avellaneda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Remicio to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Avellaneda AFC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Elpidio Savier came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Avellaneda AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Savier couldn't finish the play. Juan Amaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Ciro Elixio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 minutes of play, Carpintería's Juan Amaya made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciro Elixio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ciro Elixio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Amaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciro Elixio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Ibon in the 64th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Avellaneda AFC's zone, Gregorio Ibon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Elixio came out of the goal and Gregorio Ibon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafin Rivero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Unax having to interfere. Avellaneda AFC's Ciro Elixio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Amaya in the 79th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elpidio Savier during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elpidio Savier hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Gregorio Ibon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ciro Elixio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angel Unax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Savier in the 97th minute of play.
